Coolpad Note 8 after Cool Play 7C

After a month ago of announcing the Cool Play 7C, the giant corporation teased a couple of pictures on the social media indicates a few highlighting features of upcoming Coolpad Note 8. The poster shows the phone is going to be official on October 15 with the tagline of ” Bigger Note, Bigger view”. There are two pictures posted by the Coolpad on twitter in the form of the teaser that shows the upcoming power-packed device by Coolpad.

By seeing the image, the front panel of Coolpad Note 8 looks modern with the newest aspect ratio but, has a slightly thicker bezel on the top and bottom. However, it doesn’t offer a notch display despite seeing today’s trend. According to the leaks and rumours, the phone will compete with the phones like Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Realme 2 Pro, Nokia 6.1 Plus and Motorola One Power.

As far as the second picture’s concern, the Coolpad Note 8 will definitely be equipped with the Dual Camera lens on the back side. According to the tweet, the phone is expected to come with a dedicated Bokeh sensor for better dept sensing, the one which also powered in Oppo F9 and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. The handset will be the successor of Coolpad Note 6 which was launched in 2017.

Cool Play 7C Specifications

To recall, the previous phone of Coolpad was launched a couple of months ago dubbed as Cool Play 7C, which is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz and paired with up to 4GB RAM. Featuring, 5.5-inch IPS HD+ display with the resolution of  720 x 1440 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The phone running on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box along with the layering of Coolpad’s own UI. On the optics front, a single 8MP sensor equipped on the back side and on the front a 5MP selfie shooter is there. It backed by a 2,500mAh in-house battery.

The phone comes in two different RAM and ROM variants. The base variant has 3GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage, On the other hand, the higher variant comes with 4GB RAM 64GB internal storage.
